Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. was created to directly affect positive change, raise consciousness, encourage the highest standards of scholastic achievement, and foster greater sense of unity among its members. In collaborating with Northside Elementary's Navigators on the Move Program for stepshow, members of the Omega lota chapter sought to use this as an opportunity to spread that vision to a younger generation. Through this experience they wanted to stress not the physical skills of performance but also life skills of endurance, persistence, confidence, and cohesion. It's through such efforts that they hope to continue to influence more community-conscious, action-oriented legacy.
